Subscriptions:
Your first box ships around the 7th of next month. You’ll get one box each month. Want to start sooner? Add a Welcome Box!

Renewals:
Subscriptions renew on the 15th. We’ll send a reminder email 2 days before.

1-Time Boxes:
Ship within 1 week of your order. 1-Time Box Shop.

Gift Email & Creating an Account

Gift Recipient Email:
We send 2–3 emails per month about new boxes and swaps. To keep the gift a surprise, leave the recipient's email blank. Gift messages are printed and included in the first box, not emailed.

Create Account:
Set up an account to manage your subscription. If this is a gift, use your own email—not the recipient’s. All emails (welcome, receipt, tracking info) will go to you. From your account, you can skip renewals, update your address, or change payment info.
